Printing a book is not cheap. If I stick with 18x18cm or 19x19 softcover (perfect binding) full color the base price for 44 pages (which to me is 44 leaves meaning 4 chapters of The Gem but I gotta verify with the printer) is between 9 to 19 US dollars. Shipping may or may not be included.
But if more people were to be interested then the pricing would go down.
The other option would be that I collect your suggestions and price ranges and I go look for a local printer.
